- Cancellations Within 48 Hours Before Check-in: No refund will be provided.
- No-shows: Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will result in no refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Force Majeure
- If your stay is affected by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will offer a full refund or reschedule your booking based on availability.
4. Amendments to Bookings
- Requests to modify existing bookings (e.g., change of dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Please contact us at least 48hrs before your scheduled arrival if you need to amend your booking.
5. Non-refundable Rates
- Some special promotional rates may be labeled as non-refundable. If you book under these terms, no refund will be issued for cancellations.
